1. Booking Policy: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellation and Refund: Cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour date will receive a full refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days of the tour.

3. Liability: IndoCulture Trails is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tours. Participants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for coverage.

4. Travel Documentation: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

5. Modifications: IndoCulture Trails reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances while maintaining the quality of the experience.
